Each E-Book includes a 12-page personalized story with high-quality illustrations, custom character names, and your child as the main character. You'll receive a PDF file that can be downloaded and shared unlimited times, plus an audio story you can listen to in the app.

Most personalized e-books are ready about 10–15 minutes after you complete your order; during busy periods it may take longer. You'll receive an email with a download link as soon as it's ready.

Yes. From Book Settings (My Library → Edit) you can update any page text and fix or regenerate individual images. Because content is AI-generated, small errors can occasionally appear — editing is there specifically to let you correct them. If something can't be fixed through the editor, contact us and we'll help.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and secure payment processing through Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Our prices are automatically adjusted based on your location to show the local currency. The actual value remains equivalent across all regions.
